From humble origins by the River Mersey, we launched in 2018 at Woodside Ferry Village with founder Ian and chef Alex leading the charge. After two successful years and multiple pop-ups across Merseyside, our Oxton Village home opened in 2023.
Our menu draws from Mexico City street food, California-style cocktails, and traditional American diner favourites. Expect smash burgers, punchy tacos, house-smoked brisket, authentic beef birria, loaded nachos, our amazing ‘tater-tots’, mac & cheese, fried chicken tenders, as well as delicious chicken burgers and the best vegan burgers around. There’s a robust drinks menu of tequila, mezcal, margaritas, bourbon cocktails, Mexican beers, wines, and mocktails that pack a punch. With its relaxed vibe and unforgettable flavours, Low Slow & Dough is much more than a meal, it’s a destination.
